Arrived, to much longer then anticipated. When inspecting package, there is NO picture of what the picture will be. So that was disappointing, I will now have to print a photo for the receiver of this puzzle.
We’ve received a lot of similar feedback from customers, and we’ve already fixed this issue. All new orders now include a picture of the finished puzzle for reference. Thank you for your feedback and support!
Love this. Very good quality.
The product itself is fine, but it took upwards of a month to get it, which I think is a little ridiculous.
Thank you for your feedback, and we’re glad you like the product.
We sincerely apologize for the longer-than-expected delivery time. We understand your frustration, as timely delivery is an important part of the overall experience.
We are actively working on improving our shipping process and logistics efficiency. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
The puzzle was amazing
It doesn’t come with a picture to go by and you need clamps to keep the rings from slipping off the puzzle. There was a lot of sections missing color from the paint chipping off during shipping so when you hold it up to the light it’s see through.
Only problem i felt no picture of finished picture to follow like you would in normal jigsaw. Other than that product of good quality
