What type of lighting does the product use?
The product uses a Type-C connection for lighting. Please note that the Type-C cable is not included, and customers will need to supply their own.
What if the light doesn't work after turning on the switch?
- Check if the power is properly plugged in.
- Check if the light parts and the touch board are completely welded and do not have breakage.
- Check if the wires are connected to the same color ones.
- Check if the touch board aligns with the wooden board and there is no gapbetween them.
