Overpriced chinese product and terrible support
We’re sorry the product didn’t feel like good value for you. We put a lot of care into our designs, materials, and customer experience, but we understand expectations can differ.
What an awesome puzzle. We have it hanging in our kitchen window, and it's spectacular!
Why is there no image of the puzzle included?
The ink flakes off acrylic pieces when putting puzzle together leaving blank spots on piece. Would never recommend.
Thank you for your feedback, and we are very sorry to hear about your experience.
This is not the quality standard we aim for. Ink flaking or missing areas on the acrylic pieces should not happen, and we understand how disappointing this must have been.
Please contact our support team with your order details and photos of the issue, and we will make sure to assist you promptly with a suitable solution.
